The CODESKILLS4ROBOTICS Erasmus+ Project was submitted and approved as one of the coding-related activities of the EU Code Week initiative.
The project participated in this action through the Short-Term Joint Staff Training Event (C1) for Primary Schools teachers, which was held online on 5-9 October 2020. Primary Schools teachers who participated learnt how to build and program small robots, how to apply the educational scenarios of the project (History, Space, Environmental and Music Scenarios) in their classrooms, how to use the e-learning platform and how to implement the project to Primary Schools by using the CODESKILLS4ROBOTICS Toolkit.
The EU Code Week is a grass-roots movement that celebrates creativity, problem solving and collaboration through programming and other tech activities. The idea of it is to make programming more visible, to show young, adults and elderly how you bring ideas to life with code, to demystify these skills and bring motivated people together to learn.
