Both Hellenic Mediterranean University and Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary School Education of Crete participated in the “3rd Educational Robotics and S.T.E.A.M. Festival of Crete”, organised by the Robotics and Science Academy of Crete.
The festival took place at the cultural center of the municipality of Heraklion, Crete, Greece, from 27th to 29th September 2019.
The aim of the festival was to inform the public regarding robotics and educational robotics, new technologies, Science, S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math), Youth Entrepreneurship, innovation, in particular and more generally experiential learning in the educational process.
During the festival, many students with their parents came across the stand of CODESKILLS4ROBOTICS Erasmus+ Project and were informed about the aims and the objectives of the project. In addition, many students had a prior experience with the robots being used in the project.
